Autodesk BIM Collaborate Pro Training
Duration: 1 day
Prerequisites:
- A working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, Plant 3D or similar design software
- Access to a mobile device, tablet or phone, IOS or Android
- A paid license of Autodesk BIM Collaborate with an active Autodesk Account and necessary permissions
- It may be necessary to have administrative rights to computers for application installation

Overview:
This course is designed for new users of Autodesk BIM Collaborate Pro who will be responsible for the site management activities of design/construction projects but also the creation of Design Models in a multi-user, multi-discipline and multi-location environment. This course is reserved for Account and Project Administrators and any influential users or Project Leads. The Power of Cloud Work-sharing gives BIM experts the tools to improve constructability of models, increase transparency in managing risk, and facilitate more efficient design collaboration, model coordination and clash detection.
Course Objectives: After completing this course, attendees will be able to understand:
- How the Common Data Environment and Work in Progress functionality is used to control Design/Construction Documents and the control of cloud work-sharing for Revit and/or Civil 3D and/or Plant 3D
- Their role in project and the various activities they will be responsible for within their teams
- Aggregated and Federated Models
- Coordination and Clash Detection
- The capabilities of the desktop application and the mobile application
- Be able to train/mentor others on the use of Autodesk BIM Collaborate
