Introduction to BIM
Duration: 1 day
Prerequisites:It is recommended that the audience is knowledgeable in the building industry, including an understanding of current standards, and regulations. Also experience of Autodesk Products and other Design / Construction software preferable.
Course Objectives:
- Understand the drivers and reasons for BIM
- Understand the fundamental concepts of Building Information Modelling
- Look at the Standards associated with a BIM project
- Gain an understanding of BIM over the various construction stages and on to – Facilities Management – Operations – Maintenance
