You are the contract manager:

1. Please visit GRAITEC Advantage portal to log in to your regular account. If you don’t know your credentials, please reset your password  with the same email address used in GRAITEC transactions, and an email will be  sent to you.

2. Don’t forget to add your users in the platfform so that they can access it!

You are a regular user:

You will receive the log in email once the contract manager who is in charge of the contract between your company and GRAITEC adds you as a user onto GRAITEC Advantage. You can reach the platform to open tickets and download software.

How do I access GRAITEC ADVANTAGE?

To access GRAITEC Advantage, go to this link. You must already have a username and password that have been sent to you by email. Don’t hesitate to check your spam. If you do not have one and you are the contract manager, then contact us at support.uk@graitec.com. If you don’t have one and you are a regular user, then please make sure your company’s contract manager added you as a user on our GRAITEC Advantage portal.

I lost my login details, how do I recover them?

Please visit the log in page and click on the link Password forgotten, follow the instructions sent by email. If you still encounter an issue, please contact us at support.uk@graitec.com.
