Advance Design 2020.2 Now Available on Graitec Advantage

The 2020.2 Update for Graitec’s Structural Analysis and Design software, Advance Design has now been released and is available to download on Graitec Advantage for all customers.

This release comes with a number of fixes and improvements that aim to respond to customer problems that have been reported and also to further increase the reliability of our software.

One major improvement includes now being able to enter the critical moment Mcr0 in the dialog box with the lateral-torsional buckling parameters. Thanks to this, the user can control the non-dimensional slenderness for lateral-torsional buckling due to uniform bending moment (?0).

Moreover, for hollow section types, lateral-torsional buckling analysis is now disabled by default.
