Autodesk have recently released AutoCAD Civil 3D 2023.2 and there are some useful updates in there so if you haven’t already, go and check them out. What I wanted to point you to in this post is the new Corridor Transition Tool because you’ve been asking for this for years. If not you, then everyone else! Not least me!!
The new transition tool allows you to alter the properties of a subassembly without making a new region or using the Section Editor.
You can also do Drop Kerbs with it:
It’s easy and fast to use, so doing multiple transitions, whatever they need to be, will be far less tedious than before.
To help you learn this new tool, I recorded myself making the above widening and drop kerbs. I hope it is useful.
